I am so very pleased with American Legacy magazine. It explores black history and culture in a new and refreshing way. I only wish that it was a monthly publication. With every issue, I get to take a different journey into history and I have yet to be disappointed. It’s everything that wasn’t in the history books that I read in grade school. This is a magazine that I am proud to share with family and friends.

There was so much information that even I, as an adult, was not aware of!!!! This book has allowed me to teach my children and others in my community about "US". American Legacy Magazine is a terrific magazine. I have read it in the past and have always found it to be well written and insightful. I love that each magazine educates me on a piece of history, even more; it pleases me that the topics chosen are often not the 'traditional' history found within classic history books. It is unbelievably important to understand all parts of our past, to know each person or group that made a difference, not just those within the majority. And, thankfully, American Legacy does just that.
